Pilates is for all, seek all the benefits from taking up pilates from improvement in mobility, muscle strength and to help re build and strengthen your pelvic floor.

Just had a baby ?, Come along to Tracys new mommy fit pilates classes suitable for you and your child to attend as a duo. Classes run from 10:30 each Friday.
